Points & Miles Redemption Tracker

Excel workbook (.xlsx) · Instructions included · No signup required

See the value of the travel you book with points and miles. Our free Excel tracker brings flights, hotel stays, travel portals, free night certificates, and companion tickets into one workbook.

Track your own redemptions or manage up to four players plus shared points—with a Summary that updates for the account you select.

One workbook for your household

Assign bookings to P1, P2, P3, P4, or Shared Points. View each account separately or choose All Accounts.

Value after fees

Added fees are deducted automatically from cash values. Eligible points bookings also show cents per point.

More than points bookings

Track travel portal redemptions, hotel free night certificates, and airline companion tickets alongside your award bookings.

Your redemption value, in one summary

Enter your bookings on the Airline and Hotel sheets. The Summary brings the results together so you can see how your points, certificates, and companion benefits were used.

  • Points used, net cash value, and cents per point for flights, hotels, and portals.
  • Free night certificates and companion tickets, with their value after fees.
  • Redemption value by transfer source and booking program.
  • Cancelled bookings excluded from Summary totals.

Choose one player—or see all accounts

“Player” means the person whose points or benefit funded the booking. Use Shared Points for a shared account, and All Accounts for the combined view. You do not need a separate workbook for each person.
